1. OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING
This specialty, which replaces the BTS 'Secretariat of management', trains employees of general managers, unit directors or department heads. Organized, rigorous, dynamic, discreet, they support, facilitate and monitor the manager's work in order to make it more efficient. The deputy director mainly acts as an interface and mediator between the company and its environment. He takes care of administration, communication, work organization, decision support and can even take charge of a specialized file or organizer of an event.
